Our Team of REPS Level 3 and 4 Personal Trainers will provide you with a Complimentary Personal Training Session as an initial appointment to begin your Personal Training Journey. This is an opportunity to engage with a Health and Fitness professional and devise a pathway towards the results you want to achieve. The Complimentary Session will include a combination of the following:

  • Postural and Movement Screening
  • Flexibility and Mobility Testing
  • Exercise Frequency Planning
  • Nutritional Consultation
  • Strength and Endurance Fitness Testing
  • Functional Screening and Corrective Exercise Prescription
  • Intensive Exercise Session
  • Prescription of Personal Training Sessions
