- Postural and Movement Screening
- Flexibility and Mobility Testing
- Exercise Frequency Planning
- Nutritional Consultation
- Strength and Endurance Fitness Testing
- Functional Screening and Corrective Exercise Prescription
- Intensive Exercise Session
- Prescription of Personal Training Sessions
