My name is Abul and I am a qualified Personal Trainer located in London. I am based out of several GLL leisure centres in the Borough of Tower Hamlets. I also use kettle bells during my sessions which I have found to be very effective in my clients desire to lose weight and tone muscles. There is growing media coverage of celebrities using the kettle bell training methods as well as fighters who are training in mixed martial arts to gain strength and lose weight. In addition, athletes are also incorporating them in their training regime. Also, I have found that many of my clients enjoy boxing and pad work which is great for losing weight, toning and getting great core strength.

My personal fitness background is predominately based around endurance event training and marathon running (sub 3 hour marathon), but have trained and competed in many other sporting disciplines giving me a varied and thorough knowledge of the training needs required whatever the goal, be it sport specific of for general health and fitness benefits.

I am highly motivated and highly motivational, always looking to move my clients efficiently towards their fitness goals. The drive for me comes when I see my clients succeed. I always try to keep training fun and effective, keeping the body guessing and never giving it a chance to plateau.

I have had the privilege of working as a personal trainer for 7 years and in that time I have managed to work with a range of clients, ranging from the young elite athlete with specific goals to the senior citizen that wants to keep their independence and health. My personal experience in competition covers a wide range of sport including hockey, football, swimming and most recently running. I have ran the London marathon 4 times and Berlin once but recently I have taken to shorter distances such as 5 and 10km.
