Living a fit and healthy lifestyle is a fundamental part of my life, and I am passionate about encouraging and helping others to achieve optimal physical fitness.

I am a fully trained fitness instructor and advance personal trainer with over ten years’ experience, and a lifetime of passion for fitness and sports. This stems from my childhood days spent competing at various and highly competitive Jamaican sporting events.

My professional track record encompasses incorporating innovative ideas for health and fitness, which includes both cardiovascular fitness and muscular strength. In my one to one sessions, I employ techniques which are pertinent to managing each individual client’s strength, speed, agility, endurance, flexibility and lifestyle considerations, especially when formulating a health plan. My knowledge of nutrition assists me in formulating individual client diet plans and developing exciting and effective exercise programs.

My profound passion for the fitness industry has led me to pursue a degree in Business Management, allowing me to gain the knowledge and skills necessary to create and successfully run my health and fitness enterprise.

I am fully committed to assisting all of my current and future clients in achieving their full potential and targets; setting them on the path to leading a fit and healthy lifestyle that promotes self-confidence and a longer, more fulfilled life.
