Alan has been an active person for as long as he can remember, taking part and enjoying competitive sports throughout his life including squash, mid/long distance running, martial arts and football. Having achieved success internationally in the challenging world of professional engineering, Alan decided to change career to something that has always been his passion; health and fitness, through a new role in personal training. He is REPS Level 3 qualified with additional qualifications in GP referral and postural analysis. Alan has a wealth of life experience, strong organisational and communication skills and is highly motivating and positively minded. He is absolutely committed to helping clients achieve optimum health through attention to lifestyle, fitness and nutrition.
