Biography

I have been involved in fitness since my early days with the armed forces. Serving for almost 2 years took my fitness to whole new level and improved my knowledge about fitness. I have worked as a physical trainer for the British Army for almost a year and I have trained with several Pro Athletes over the time and still continue to do so.  I have an extensive experience of fitness which I gained over time, from discovering new ways of training to a complete healthy diet plan for individuals. I only have one goal in mind--to help you feel better fast and to help you achieve your goals with an individual personalised training program. I know that when your body isn't in top shape, your entire outlook on life can be affected. That's why you'll always be greeted with a smile here and leave with an even bigger one on your face.
