I’ve always been involved in physical activities such as dance and trapeze but the last six years has led me from the corporate environment into the fitness one. From yoga to kickboxing fitness – they got me through divorce, bereavement, a spell in intensive care and a plethora of other life events.
I want to use these experiences to help others going through similar struggles to incorporate health and fitness into their lives. There ARE alternatives to traditional depression and stress management.
