I have always been interested in fitness and keeping myself healthy throughout my life playing a variety of sports and eating a balanced/nutritious diet. Now that Personal Training is my career my aim is to help people improve their quality of life and achieve their desired goals and I get great pleasure in seeing the improvements my clients make with my guidance.
Health and fitness is not just physical it is also mental, it’s about feeling good about yourself and being able to do what you want to physically to the best of your ability. Everyone is different so that is why I use a variety of techniques to suit your training goals and also your physical condition, age and capability.
