About
I believe we all have gifts and talents to be shared with the world. It all starts with taking great care of yourself, every day! I believe health, fitness and empowered thinking is the number one priority, taking personal responsibility to make the world a better place.

I bring 9 years Personal Training, Nutrition Strategies, Positive Thinking techniques. My track record for delivering results stems from my unique holistic approach, passion and unwavering commitment to each client.

From an early age my love of sport and exercise has played a massive part of my life. A gymnast as a girl and then national team champion in trampolining whilst at college. Completing Sports Science at College to then be a ski instructor for 3 seasons in Montgenevre, Soldeu and Aviemore. Placed 3rd in the Andorran Championships for Giant Slalom. I love running, cycling and more recently swimming, discovering a love for triathlon. Completed the 3 day Tour of Wessex on my road bike (120 miles per day). Yes, I am one of those wild swimmers in the sea all year round, quite often without a wet suit!

Getting into the gym is so important in order to get more out of life. In triathlon, strength and conditioning is the fourth discipline. Whether you’re looking for performance, want to sculpt your body, experience unstoppable confidence or feel fit and healthy, there is a solution for you.

My interest for the workings of the mind led me to qualify as a Rapid Transformational Therapist. A hybrid hypnosis, CBT, positive mental practices method. This is just so fascinating and a massive help for making changes to your health, your fitness, your love life, your work and discovering meaning. Gaining understanding of what makes you tick internally provides such liberation, freedom and empowerment. I am happy to share positive mind and performance mind techniques as part of your personal training.

I pride myself in always being my best version and encouraging others to bring the best out of themselves. My personality is passionate, positive and uplifting. My coaching is structured, technical, progressive and goal specific.

I look forward to being of service. Keep smiling.

I have a great appreciation to Anna for my incredible results. She has been instrumental in helping me lose 5 stones (32kgs) of weight. While it may feel obvious to some, weight loss is not just simply a weight loss, there is so much more to it, it truly has transformed not only my physique but also my life.

What was your situation like before you started Personal Training?

Before I started personal training, I was carrying a fair amount of extra weight, I felt sluggish, unmotivated, and struggled with basic day-to-day activities. My self-esteem was low, and I knew I needed to make a drastic change in my life. Moreover, I had some health issues such as high cholesterol and hypertension (high blood pressure). My weight also affected my sleep, as I was a really bad snorer and had developed mild sleep apnea. My weight at my heaviest was just shy of 20 stone (125kgs), but now at 92 kgs my health has dramatically improved (cholesterol is now within the normal range, blood pressure is almost at normal range and I no longer snore).

What reservations (if any) did you have about trying Personal Training?

Times and times before I tried the gym and diets and nothing helped, I would always lapse back into my bad habits, therefore naturally I was skeptical and worried about starting with a PT. I didn't want to be a failure (to myself and more so to someone else), however, Anna and I had a very nice discussion ahead of staring my sessions, which made me feel at ease. Anna shared some tips to help me track the progress and to keep motivated, advised me on the diet and also helped me pick the right supplements when the time was right.

What has the process of Personal Training been like?

Not to be dramatic, but this weight loss journey has been life-changing. I've discovered a newfound dedication to fitness and well-being, which is very had at first, but with time and progress it gets easier and more comfortable. It is not easy and there are days when you stumble, but it really helps to have an very energetic and positive PT that boosts your energy levels and morale, by working with you to achieve the goals that you set together (my personal tip is to set a smaller more attainable goals which in turns make you feel like a success and does wonders for your motivation).

What was the best result you have got from Personal Training?

The best result I've achieved from personal training is undoubtedly the weight loss of 5 stones (32 kgs). But it is more than just the weight loss, it's given me a confidence and energy that I hadn't felt in quite some time. I can now enjoy activities that were once impossible for me, and I've gained a sense of control over my life that I never thought possible.

I was slim-ish and healthy-ish. I was/am running, swimming a bit and cycling. I had a little excess weight around my lower belly and chest I couldn’t shift.

I wasn’t sure if it would be personalised to the extent that I wanted to focus on the areas with fat whilst strengthening for running.

Anna is excellent. Anna listened carefully to what I was looking for and not only focussed on relevant areas I wanted to work on but also on how to use the gym effectively and what my diet should and should not be focussing on.

My body shape and strength have improved but the most important things were what I should and should not be focussing on - exercise and dietary- and what I need to do o continue improving going forward.
