I help busy women get stronger, fitter, and more confident. Your time is valuable, so I focus on smart, effective resistance training that will deliver you the best results.

Resistance training transforms us for the better - both physically and mentally, and with your personalised programme you will not only see noticeable progress and results in the short term, but also set yourself up for future health and longevity. You might be new to the gym, need extra motivation, or be returning to exercise after having a baby - whatever your starting point is, we will reach your goals together.

As a new mum, I know first-hand how hard it is to build your fitness up and then stay consistent amid the chaos of daily life, and I help others find the balance that works too. With me you’ll develop lasting habits with your gym routine and nutrition that fit into your lifestyle.

I have a relaxed and friendly manner so your training sessions and the advice I give will always be supportive and encouraging.

As well as one-to-one I also offer paired sessions, if you would rather have a friend to workout with!

I wasn’t sure what to expect as have never really done PT before, but Annabel created really interesting and challenging sessions that balanced strength and cardio to help me target the right muscles. Over the 10 sessions, I gained so much strength but also learnt so much and now feel a lot more confident to go into the gym and lift weights by myself. Annabel is very encouraging and easy to work with and I couldn’t recommend her highly enough if you are looking for a PT. I will definitely be back!

I thoroughly enjoy all my sessions with Annabel! After just 2 months I already feel fitter, stronger and more confident in my abilities.
