Hey, I’m Arden, a Personal Trainer at Southgate Leisure Centre.
I know what it takes to change your life — I went from 140kg down to 90kg, and I’ve also come back from a bulging disc that left me unable to walk for 9 months. Those experiences shaped the way I coach today: with empathy, resilience, and a focus on long-term results.
With 8 years of Jiu Jitsu training and teaching experience at Reformer House Pilates and North London Boxing Club, I specialise in helping people overcome shoulder pain, hip mobility issues, and back pain, while building strength, mobility, and confidence.
I’m also First Aid certified, so you’ll always be training safely and effectively.
