Hi everyone, I’m Brian AKA Mr RowAthlon - a personal trainer here at Gosling Sports Park. Fitness has always been a huge part of my life, and I’m passionate about helping people discover just how much stronger, fitter, and more confident they can become.
Biography
My journey started on the track, where I competed as an athlete. Over the last 25 years, I’ve turned that experience into a career I love - supporting people from all walks of life to reach their goals.
Whether you’re aiming to tone up, recover from an injury, rebuild fitness, or push yourself for competition, I’ll be right there with you, guiding and motivating you every step of the way. I believe fitness isn’t just about exercise - it’s about building confidence, enjoying the process, and making lasting changes.
