Hi, my names Emilia and I am a level 3 Personal Trainer at the Littledown Centre.
I first became interested in the fitness industry when I was around 18 where I used to take part in classes. After doing this for a year I decided I wanted to get into the gym and weight training. From there I've always found just joy in the gym and more importantly gaining my own confidence. Like many of you, I’ve faced obstacles and moments of self-doubt. However, from training, I discovered not just strength, but discipline, and a sense of purpose.
Alongside this, I became a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer which I studied at college.
Whether you're a regular gym goer, a complete beginner, or looking to improve all round fitness levels I want to help you. I would love to help you build sustainable habits, celebrate your progress, and find joy in every step. I also really enjoy helping people boost their confidence. Fitness isn’t just about changing your body; it’s about how you see and feel about yourself. Helping you feel more confident, capable, and empowered, both inside and outside of the gym.
