I’m a NASM Performance Enhancement Specialist, Strength & Conditioning coach, and Personal Trainer with a passion for helping people perform, move, and feel better. My goal is to take your fitness and performance to the next level , whether you’re just starting your fitness journey, getting back into training, or already an athlete chasing that extra edge. From building muscle and getting stronger to moving without pain and unlocking your maximal potential.

With several years of experience in the fitness industry and a background as a former professional football player, I understand what it takes to reach peak performance. I combine elite athletic training methods with a personalised, evidence-based approach to deliver lasting results.

My coaching style is rooted in comprehensive assessment before we even touch a barbell - evaluating your movement patterns, body mechanics, and strength imbalances to create a plan that is truly built around you.
