Following a 9 year career as a chef, I retrained in 2011 as a fully qualified fitness instructor and personal trainer. With a lifetime of passion for fitness and sports it was the right change of career for me; knowing I would be able to use my experience and knowledge as a chef alongside my love and passion for fitness.
It is important to focus on your diet as well as the right training. So as your personal trainer I will ensure you get the very best from each workout, tailoring the session around you and offering the support, advice and inspiration you need to keep you motivated. I specialise in all areas of fitness including weight loss as well as weight gain advice, up-to-date health and fitness guidance, injury rehabilitation, sports training, core and strength training.
