Jason helped me to get back on track with my weight loss journey, has inspired me to use the gym more and do regular fitness classes, all of which I have shied away from my entire life. It wasn’t what he did for me but what he said to me. I think it’s a combination of his approachable self and nuggets of information that made a real impression on me. I continue to progress and that is down to him. I really like the remote approach as he never made me feel pressured, but he always kept in touch each week and made me feel as though I could contact him at any reasonable time. I know where I stand with jason and I truly want to thank him for getting me started. I would highly recommend using Jason’s approach.

It took me a while, and after plenty of procrastinating, I finally made the decision to prioritise my health. Not knowing where to start I reached out to Jason. We discussed both my short and long term fitness goals, together with my diet….a plan was hatched! Feeling anxious about stepping out of my comfort zone and into the gym, Jason was there to reassure me and made me feel relaxed. He now regularly checks in just to make sure I’m ok, and everything is on track.

If you’re thinking of stepping out of your comfort zone or just need a steer in the right direction, I would highly recommend getting in touch with Jason, he is naturally positive, and upbeat together with being very approachable and personable. His ethos is to keep it simple; by eating whole foods and exercising, no protein powders or bars are in sight! He is extremely knowledgeable…he really knows his stuff!

After 2 knee replacements I have struggled with exercise. I started swimming but felt I needed more to build my muscle strength around my knees. I was introduced to Jason when enquiring about a PT. He has been nothing but helpful, supportive, encouraging and also very informative. Jason is very easy to talk to and I know if I need any extra encouragement or advice he will give it through texts or at our PT session. I was very apprehensive about starting the gym after such a long time but Jason helped me to feel comfortable and more confident. Can’t recommend Jason enough for fitness and his knowledge of nutrition.

I highly recommend Jason for a number of reasons. First and foremost, he is a genuine person. He is a good guy. Totally committed to the wellbeing of people. He is holistic. Covering all the basics that is expected from a PT, but then some. He goes above and beyond the brief, every time. Just explain the situation and he will chart the course. Plus, he is so personable, he takes an intrest in what is happening in your life and works around any obstacles you may be encountering at the time. He motives me in a way, through conversation and health facts on a level that I have not experienced from a PT, in the past. Jason is one of a kind, in my experience. He has enabled me to go that extra mile , for myself and I am now reaping the benifits 💯. I have inflammatory arthritis and Hypothyroidism, I can honestly say that Jason has inspired me into taking responsibility for my conditions and to remain active and strong. His positivity is infectious and a real blessing. I say go for it, you will not regret his professional intervention.

There are a lot of coaches out there who focus on hitting protein and calorie targets without enough intention placed on the quality of the food.

Jason is one of the few, excellent coaches out there who’s educating, inspiring and driven to help you eat how a human should eat, not based on marketing but pure single ingredient, easy to make, tasty foods.

Jason is an incredible motivator, so supportive and really knows his stuff. I was scared to enter the gym at first but he held my hand and gave me the confidence to go back again and again. He makes working out fun but also gives you the tools to really achieve your goals. I feel so comfortable working with him and coming to him with any problems. Jason’s knowledge surrounding nutrition is second to none. He’s really taught me so much and helped me change my attitude towards food. I’m so glad I started working with him and would recommend him 100000% to anyone wanting to improve their health! He’s been an inspiration to me :)

Jason has been a real help to me in getting back into shape, the nutrition/food knowledge he has is amazing,I struggled half way through but asked him a few questions which he helped me with and changed a few things on my food plan/calorie intake.
I can’t recommend this bloke anymore, great knowledge of all aspects. Just an all round top bloke.

Jason is an amazing coach. Personal Trainer and Nutrition. Whether you’re a little lost and confused with all the health & fitness hype, want to lose weight or like myself help to get back on track with exercise and eating properly without all the fake protein bars and powders, Jason, is not phased, he’s non judgemental, not critical he will keep you on track with a no BS approach.
His knowledge bank is vast, not once did he falter when I asked questions. He checked in with me if life was getting in the way as well as genuine concern if I needed anything. Am I satisfied with the services Jason offers, absolutely 100% I am. On top of that he’s a really nice human being, works hard and his no BS approach is refreshing in a world of new “movement” skill sets. He can handstand too!

Jason is a star, I was really apprehensive about going into the gym and showing everyone how unfit and how weak I was, however Jason’s approach and words made me feel instantly at ease with the surroundings.
Jason’s knowledge of the equipment, diet and lifestyle changes were amazing.. he’s encouragement and focus on me made me feel like I was smashing it.
He regularly checked in with me about how I was feeling after workouts and over seeing my eating habits.
The access he had to work outs and platforms for inputting my data was excellent.
Overall Jason is a 5 star trainer who really wants you to become the best that you can be, not for his sake but for yours!
Can’t recommend Jason enough to anyone who like me needs a little push to become fitter and healthier for my family.

Honestly, I can’t recommend Jason enough! I was filled with anxiety about even stepping foot in the gym. The thought of being in that environment was overwhelming, and I had no idea where to start. But after a long conversation with Jason, I instantly felt like he was the right person to help me take on this challenge. From that moment, he has been an incredible support system, guiding me every step of the way.

Jason isn’t just a personal trainer, he’s a mentor, motivator, and someone who genuinely cares about his clients progress and well-being. He has helped me not only physically but also mentally by helping me overcome self-doubt and mindset blocks. His encouragement and belief in my abilities have given me the confidence to push past my limits and keep going.

One of the things I appreciate most about Jason is that his support goes far beyond our sessions. I cannot recommend Jason enough as a coach. I have never been a gym person and the idea of gyms was really scary for me. I was able to get myself to a gym but really didn’t have a clue what I was doing or how to work towards my goals. I bumped into Jason in the gym one day and we started chatting about everything health related. He has a very uncomplicated way of explaining things and cuts through the multitude of ‘fitness myths’ that social media has been pushing, providing you with clear and simple information to build the foundations of your health and fitness journey. This was so helpful to me, particularly as I have a health condition which meant that navigating the health and fitness industry was especially daunting. I started working with Jason officially about a month ago and in that time I’ve learned so much; not only about fitness, but also nutrition and how it all fits together. He’s built me a training plan that is tailored to my goals and is easy to use and understand. He’s taught me so many new exercises that I’d never have had the confidence to try before, motivating me to put myself outside of my comfort zone. I’m seeing results that I never thought I’d achieve, not just in terms of the scales, but in terms of mental resilience and general wellbeing.

Essentially, Jason has given me the confidence to take up space in a place that used to intimidate me. I have never felt stronger, physically as well as mentally. Thank you Jason!

Jason is a great help as a trainer and has really good nutritional advice to make sure I hit my protein goals daily. I don’t necessarily need low calorie flavourless meals but high protein meals as I do a lot of exercise and need the calories and not weight loss. He has helped me fine tune my workouts and see areas of improvement from his coaching. I have felt the benefit of having someone there to encourage me to meet my goals and who understands how busy life can be as well as ensuring my workouts are adaptable for my lifestyle. Being accountable makes a massive difference so I’m glad I’ve found Jason. Thanks ??
