I am very passionate about helping people reach their goals, whether that is building muscle, losing fat, general fitness or even as simple as gaining confidence in the gym as it can be an intimidating place to start.

I believe consistency in life will help you achieve your goals, the same with the gym if you keep consistent with healthy eating and exercise it can do wonders for your mental health and reach whatever fitness goal you wish to achieve.

I am a fully qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer and offer 1-1 sessions lasting 30, 45 or 60 minutes. Please contact me if you wish to improve lifting form, lose weight, build muscle, and improve general fitness or confidence in the gym.

I came to Josh as I wanted to start the gym but had no idea what I was doing. He showed me several workouts whilst making me a tailored training plan. I now go to the gym 5 days a week comfortably by myself. His gym sessions are hard work but very rewarding.

Josh has been ever so helpful and understanding of my previous injuries and has tailored my plan to suit this. Nothing is too much for him, and he’s always available to ask questions and advice on anything, be that my food plan or exercise plans. And when training with Josh he really gets you to push to your own limit and not give up. Would highly recommend him if you are deciding on starting up 10/10

I couldn’t have asked for a better personal trainer. Not only has Josh helped me lose 6kg, he has also helped with my reoccurring knee injury. Josh has helped me gain confidence at the gym through his detailed explanations of each exercise & helps encourage me to track what I’m eating and getting into the gym more often. 10/10
