I didn't always have a passion for fitness and weight loss, but once I experienced the incredible benefits they bring, I found the determination to continue on this journey.

I have been working with Kenny for a year now, with weekly 1:1 sessions and I couldn’t be happier with the progress I’ve made and that’s thanks to Kenny’s support and encouragement. Kenny knows how and when to support you through the tougher days and push you on your best days. He’s more than happy to listen and adjust workouts based on your preferences and will celebrate your small wins. I like how Kenny changes up your workout routine regularly which keeps things interesting while also letting you see progress. I feel physically healthier, stronger and more confident than I did last year and that’s largely thanks to Kenny.

Kenny is great to have as your PT: he will tailor each workout to your developing/evolving needs, and keep you motivated throughout the session (and beyond), to help you achieve your goals. He is very easy to talk to, and answers any questions you have about your workout or fitness. Sessions are varied and even fun! Kenny is able to offer training to people with varying specific needs, and is always looking for ways to help clients get the most from the sessions.
