I have 3 years of experience as a personal trainer, and a lifelong passion for fitness and movement. I grew up doing gymnastics, which taught me discipline, body awareness, and resilience, but had to stop due to a medical condition. I also taught gymnastics for 5 years, which gave me experience coaching, motivating, and inspiring others of all ages. This experience inspired me to explore ways to stay active while working around my medical condition, ultimately leading me to a career helping others improve their health and wellbeing.

I love meeting new people, socialising, and creating a positive, motivating environment for every client. My approach focuses on building sustainable fitness, healthy habits, and functional strength that enhances your daily life. I combine my knowledge, passion, and personal experience to guide clients in exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle choices — helping them feel stronger, healthier, and more confident every day.

I did PT with Meredydd when I first joined the Gym as a complete beginner. She was an excellent trainer. She gave me confidence and taught me to use the equipment properly She was hugely encouraging and I've not looked back

Reaching my 50’s I figured I had one last chance to get in shape, but didn’t have a clue where to start. Meredydd has been a great help and a very patient trainer. I feel much more confident in the Gym now and have seen real results.
