I have practiced many different sports since I was very young and athletics has always been my favourite sport. I have also participated in many different competitions in my country.

I have a passion to help people to reach their goal, because it is a goal for me too. I can understand the difficulty and problems clients may have, especially if they have never done sport before. I know how to support clients who take part in exercise and physical activity.



I’m a professional Chef and a Nutritionist, I know how to help you to eat and keep a healthy diet, I always tell my clients we can all do more just believe more in yourself.



As a fully qualified Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer, my goal is to make sure that clients see the results.

Helping my clients to improve their cardiovascular fitness, gain muscle, lose weight or improve their general health - I understand that all of my clients are different so I will create personalised workout programmes based on your lifestyle, interests and goals.

I reached out to Monica because I wanted to take my workout routine to the next level. I had seen her in the gym working with other women and was immediately drawn to her energy, she always came across as warm, friendly, and incredibly approachable.

Choosing to train with her has truly been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my fitness journey. Monica’s depth of knowledge and versatility as a trainer genuinely impressed me. She constantly introduces new movements and techniques that challenge my body in ways I’ve never experienced before and I absolutely love it. I’ve never felt sore in all the right ways like I have after her sessions.

I’ve been training with Monica for just over a year now and she has helped me massively with my physical condition. She has a relentless focus on good technique and this has transformed by understanding of how to train properly. I initially wanted to improve my strength, but Monica identified limitations in my flexibility and mobility that was acting as a blocker (e.g. in squats) so she has broadened my workouts to address these areas as well. This has been transformative and not only do I feel so much better day to day, it has enabled me to push on with developing my strength. I also really enjoy the sessions because Monica is creative and able to pivot exercises where needed to help me get the most out of them. Also, I have an old knee injury and she is incredibly attentive to that, always making sure I am not doing anything that might cause damage, which is really reassuring. Honestly, working with Monica is one of the best things I’ve ever done!
