I’m a fully qualified Personal Trainer based in St Austell, Cornwall.
Having been on my own fitness journey, starting from only knowing the basics, my aim is to show people that a healthy lifestyle isn’t always as complicated and intimidating as it can be made out to be. With this approach, I am dedicated to helping you achieve your health and fitness goals.
I will create personalised training programmes tailored to your wants, needs and fitness levels, push you to achieve your goals and support you throughout this journey.
