I’m Nicola Doble, founder of Doble Fitness Personal Training. I’ve been working on the gym floor for over seven years and have spent the last five years as a qualified personal trainer, helping clients achieve lasting results and real confidence through fitness.

My mission is to make health and fitness accessible, enjoyable, and sustainable. I design personalised programmes built around your individual goals, whether that’s fat loss, building strength, boosting fitness levels, or simply feeling healthier day to day. Each plan is clear, structured, and tailored to your lifestyle, ensuring progress is not only achievable but also enjoyable.

Alongside effective workouts, I provide practical nutrition guidance and consistent support to keep you motivated and accountable. I truly believe that training should feel empowering, not intimidating, and I aim to make every session something you look forward to.

Over the years, I’ve seen clients push past barriers, build strong foundations, and discover just how capable they really are. No matter your starting point, I’ll meet you where you are, guide you through the process, and celebrate your wins along the way.

I trained with Nic back in 2024, if you’re looking for someone who is supportive, knowledgeable and happy to push you in the right way then Nic is the PT for you. I learnt so much during my sessions with Nic and she really has changed the way I workout. Nic helped me to push myself and has helped me gain confidence in the gym which is something I’d struggled with since having my children. I’ve worked with other PT’s and I can honestly say Nic’s attitude is second to none!

Nic was very patient with me as I hadn’t been to the gym for a good few years and felt very unfit. We enjoyed the sessions, learning exactly how to use the equipment safely with the correct technique and push ourselves further each time. Nic is very knowledgeable and makes the sessions fun too. I have had the good fortune to have personal training sessions with Nicola.
Nicola does a comprehensive assessment of your health, needs and goals. Your sessions are then planned according. Nicola has a very gentle, but encouraging approach and is wonderfully supportive.
Each session was varied giving a total body workout each time.
Nicola monitored my progress and gave me a detailed analysis of my improvement over the course of the sessions.
I also had a personalised exercise and nutrition plan to use going forward.
I have continued to incorporate Nicola's recommendations in my daily fitness journey.

Nic is such a patient, caring and knowledgeable PT. After significant weight loss, Nic helped me work on gaining muscle and toning up.
