I have always enjoyed Nora’s pilates classes. She demonstrates a range of exercises and provides different levels to suit everyone’s ability. She is always positive and encourages you to challenge yourself.

I have never really been a fan of going to the gym as I didn't have any confidence in what I was doing and to be honest never considered strength training. I have been having PT with Nora every week for a few months. She plans workouts to suit your needs or what you feel comfortable with. They are challenging and I have definitely been pushed outside my comfort zones however I have learnt a lot. Also lost some weight and feel fitter. Now I'm happier going to the gym on my own and putting into practice some of the exercises I have learnt. Would highly recommend.

I had my 2 month session with Nora just before I begin my training into the Royal Navy, and she had prepared me to the best condition possible, she is very knowledgeable and so professional with her wide scale expertise, I would recommend anyone to contact her in need of any fitness advice, or to lose weight, or to even gain muscle as well, she is very beneficial. Moreover Nora was so detailed with keeping a healthy nutritional plan as well. I have noticed the difference over these past two months and I can notice I have become a lot more leaner, and a lot more muscular than I was, to build more muscle mass as well, to prepare in enough time for when I commence my training, her training that Nora provided me will always benefit me for the rest of my career and I am so grateful she had kept on motivating me to do the workout routines she suggested. I have had bad experiences with gym inductions and PT testers in the past but Nora quickly put me at ease and was immediately focused on helping me to meet my goals in a way that works for me. Nora is simply fantastic. I have some complex medical issues that have prevented me working out as I used to and deterred me from going back to the gym. Nora has helped me get back into working on my fitness safely and improved my quality of life no end. So my wife made me come to a pilates class with Nora about 6 months ago and I loved it, have been a regular since. I'm definitely stronger and more flexible, my knees don't creak as much. Nora is really clear and explains what the exercise is supposed to be working, which is really helpful. I always feel better after a class.

I have been working with Nora for over a year now and it is the first time I have had a personal trainer. I started as I needed to improve my functional strength training to improve my joints in particular due to arthritis. I have a weekly session and she always pushes me but at the same time recognises when I am struggling. I and other people have noticed an improvement in the definition in my bum, arms and legs and I feel much stronger. I enjoy the sessions a lot ( I did not enjoy solo gym work) and the hour rushes by. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend her very highly. Thank you Nora.

Started pilates classes with Nora in May 25 at Carlton Forum. She is a fantastic instructor - motivating and challenging me while also being aware of my limitations! Nora has a great sense of humour and is happy to help out with my form and positioning - I particularly appreciate the reminders to engage core to protect the lower back. Nora also does a class at Redhill Leisure Centre and I am prepared to travel a little out of my way to catch her class there. Would highly recommend whether you are a beginner or more advanced as she always offers different levels.

I've been recovering from ankle surgery and related issues and Nora has really helped my recovery and building up my strength... physical and mental. She understands what I'm capable of and pushes me to do things I wouldn't have thought I could do. She's always positive, encouraging and her support in the last six months has been simply amazing.

I do Pilates with Nora. I can honestly say she is the best trainer I have ever had. She is only extremely Knowledgeable on the subject and her classes are always good fun. The time flies by and before you know it the class is over. Each week the exercises are different so we are Working different muscle groups. Somehow, Nora is able to make Pilates look effortless, whilst coaxing us to push ourselves that little bit further. Her classes are varied, with all abilities catered for, showing us different ways to do the exercises to different levels. Classes are as challenging as you want it to be but always fun and adaptable. I would recommend everyone to give Nora’s Pilates class a try.

Nora has been absolutely fantastic since the first moment of our first session. She knows (and continues to learn) what I am capable of, which allows her to push me towards my goals in the most encouraging and supportive ways possible, while still maintaining an energy of fun and enthusiasm throughout every session which is incredibly infectious. I find myself genuinely looking forward to every session we have booked in, wondering which machines or ‘cheeky’ exercises we will try next.

I’m over 65 and had no confidence to join a class. I have osteo arthritis with two hip replacements. Initially my goal was to be able to get up from the floor unaided. I’d had several falls and lost confidence. Unbelievably with Nora I achieved this goal in three weeks but I have become hooked on improving my stability, flexibility, balance, strength and fitness. Alongside the training sessions I have also lost 3..5 stone! I am moving better now and have more flexibility than I had twenty years ago. Nora is none judgemental. Every session is different with new activities, exercises and challenges! I certainly recommend Nora whatever your fitness goals are. Nora has the experience and expertise to tailor a program to suit individual needs. She has been instrumental in my fitness journey that will enable me to do so much more in my life!
