Hello,
I'm Oli based at Hough End Leisure Centre in West Didsbury/Withington. After spending the last 7 years learning and training to meet my personal goals I want to help others do the same. I work with all levels, whether you’re new to the gym, want to build a solid routine that sticks, or just need that extra push to take things up a level. No matter who you are or where you’re at, I'll help you learn something new.

I’ve been into fitness and weight training for the past 7 years, so I’ve been through all the personal trial and error to figure out what actually works — not just for building muscle and getting in shape, but for feeling good, staying consistent, and fitting fitness around a busy life.

My goal is to keep things simple, personal, and realistic. I’ve learned how to stay consistent while still enjoying life, and I’ll help you do the same, building a plan that fits around your schedule, your social life, and your goals. My approach is personal, I aim to build trust, not just deliver a session. I want you to feel comfortable, confident, and supported.

I’m always staying up to date with the latest training science and trends, so no matter where you’re starting from, you’ll get solid, relevant advice that suits your goals.

I’ve been working with Oli for just over a month now and the difference has been huge. After sitting down together and talking through the changes I wanted to make, he quickly put together a gym plan that fits perfectly around my busy week, along with a tailored nutrition plan. Five weeks in, staying consistent and keeping in regular contact with him, both me and Oli have noticed visible results. I’m already feeling much more confident in the gym and a lot stronger too - really looking forward to keeping it going. Thanks Oli.

Started training with Oli because I lacked structure in the gym and wasn’t seeing results on my own. After a few weeks, the difference has been huge. Oli’s coaching has given me a proper plan to follow, and he explains the ‘why’ behind everything so I actually understand what I’m doing.

What I really value is that he checks in outside of sessions too, making sure my training and nutrition are on track during the week. I feel more confident in the gym, stronger on my lifts, and I actually look forward to the sessions because they’re challenging but enjoyable. Definitely worth it.

I’ve been with Oli for 6 weeks now and honestly I never liked cardio, but I wanted to lose weight. What I like about his sessions is that they’re focused on strength-based training that still gets the weight loss results by getting my heart rate going, but in a way that’s actually enjoyable.

I’ve started noticing both weight loss and strength increases which has kept me motivated. Oli also tracks everything for me, so at the end of my block we can look back and see real progress. What I really appreciate is that he lets me adapt my goals along the way if I need to, which makes the whole process feel sustainable. Couldn’t recommend him more.

I’ve been training with Oli for 4 weeks now and have just signed up for another block because I’ve been so impressed. Oli doesn’t just give me his time in the session he also supports me outside of it with nutrition advice and a full programme built specifically around my goals.

In just a few weeks I’ve already noticed a big improvement in my strength, which feels great, and the sessions themselves are always fun and motivating. Couldn’t recommend him enough! If you are someone that wants results, he's the guy to go to.
