Hi there! I'm Paul Scott, an enthusiastic Personal Trainer at Hillingdon Sports & Leisure. My fitness journey kicked off when I was 16, and it's been an incredible ride ever since. This year, I achieved one of my proudest moments - completing the Paris Marathon in 3 hours 45 minutes, smashing my personal best by 21 minutes!
This achievement wasn't just about crossing the finish line; it showed that no matter the goal you can reach your own potential.
It doesn’t matter what your goal is, I will help you reach it. Some of my clients goals have been to improve their golf at the young age of 94, trained Miss Sweden 2014 for Miss Universe, to a client going from size 24 to size 8.

Paul Scott has been my on-line PT and coach for a number of years now. I highly recommend him and he is the only PT I would ever use. Every session is varied and he knows how to get the best performance improvement from me without over stretching me. He has helped me train for many runs, cycle sportifs and TRIs, helped me recover from injury and achieve PBs. As an older athlete he understands the importance to me of keeping core strength and he can advise on nutrition too. I am now fitter than I was when I was younger. Paul is also engaging and a super nice person to spend two hours a week every week training with! Overall I totally recommend Paul for all someone’s training needs, I couldn’t lead my healthy lifestyle without him.
