My Experience
With so much fitness information online, it can be daunting to know what’s best for you and your body. Well a few years ago, I followed one of these YouTube videos with bad form and technique so I ended up with a slipped disc L4 L5 disc bulge. Following a holistic mind muscle connection as well as changing my diet I was able to get back to good health.

I specialise in a holistic training of mind-muscle-connection on how to engage the muscle through movement and functionality. Understanding of how to engage the muscles by incorporating the right form and technique is the longevity of fitness.
With a proven track record, fat loss, lower back pain and injury rehabilitation. I work with all ages and I am dedicated to help you achieve your fitness goal and improve your overall well-being.

Awesome trainer, not only a great motivator but has taught me to be disciplined and consistent. Also how to make the most of different gym equipment, which has been particularly important given my past injuries. Would 100% recommend Quincy to anyone looking for a PT that will really push you!

Life changing coach. Quincy is my first PT and immediately I felt personal touch to his sessions. He quickly identified my back problems before I mentioned them, he asked about my goals and we kicked off. He pays great attention to diet, he gives you remote sessions via app when you travel and he never stops helping people in the gym who are doing exercises in a wrong way.

I'd been trying to figure out how to put on muscle for many years, but Quincy was the key to finally building mass (and quickly). A very personable and friendly coach, Quincy leverages his considerable experience and uses a dynamic and varied approach to achieve your ideal body in a balanced and cohesive way. I would never have realised how strong I truly am and am capable of being without him. It helped that he's great fun to train with too!
