Exercise can change your life, physically through strength gain or weight loss or mentally as a stress reliever and break from the chaos of life. Now is the perfect time to shake of quarantine and either start your fitness journey or reach a new level with me.
I have picked up many skills and different ways of training through the past 7 years of being a GB international athlete and my level 3 PT qualification. My aim is to find the perfect way to train that works for you, allowing you to smash your goals whilst enjoying the work out. From working with me you’ll gain the skills and knowledge of the gym so that you will be able to always continue your fitness journey.

I have the best time training with Rachel! She listens to what i want to achieve and plans accordingly, she pushes me so I achieve my goals and I noticed changes really quick! We do also laugh alot!

I've been training with Rachel for 18 months now and she is the BEST! She plans interesting and varying workouts so I never get bored. She's my ultimate hype girl pushing me when I need it, but listens and pivots when something doesn't work for me/my body. She's an absolute gem and I highly recommend her to anyone at any level of fitness experience.
