I’m a dedicated personal trainer with a passion for fitness, playing competitive football gave me a good understanding about nutrition and physical fitness, but doing my personal trainer qualification improved my overall knowledge which helped me achieve my goals. By gaining this qualification I gained a passion for helping others achieve theirs and their dream physique.
I specialise in muscle building, nutrition plans, programme designs and weight loss. I’m here to guide you through your journey! With dedication and hard work I believe anyone can make their dreams become a reality.

I was recommended Riley by someone in the gym, as I wanted to tone up and loose weight.
Riley has shown me lots of exercises to help me achieve my goals and has given me far more confidence in the gym and in life generally. I’m in my teens and I was a bit nervous at first as I had not been to the gym for a few years. Riley was so lovely and put me at ease. He showed me how to use all the equipment properly as well as alternative core exercises. He made the sessions fun and we always have a laugh, but he pushes me much further than I would push myself. I am now lifting weights that I thought were impossible and he sets me little challenges too. He has made enjoy exercise and has totally changed my life for the better. Thank you Riley!
