π Hi, Iβm Ross β Personal Trainer
From an early age I struggled with unhealthy eating habits. Although I was always active, it eventually caught up with me and I reached my heaviest weight of 22 stone. I was terrified to take my top off because I didnβt want anyone to see my βman boobs.β
One day I decided enough was enough. I started eating better, moving more, and making steady progress. Exercise and nutrition completely changed my life β and I believe they should make your life better too.

Iβve lived it. I know the struggle, the pain, and the discomfort of being unhappy in your own body. I also know the pride and confidence that comes with change.
