I first got into fitness during a low period in my life when I felt stuck and out of shape. What began as a personal goal to improve my health soon grew into a passion for training. Along the way, I decided to gain my qualifications—not just to better understand how to train myself, but also to share that knowledge with others who want to make lasting changes in their own lives.
My training philosophy is simple: the “elite pace” is the pace that’s right for you. Too often, people compare themselves to others and feel like they’re falling short.
