Hi, I’m Torin! My journey into fitness started with my own weight loss transformation, and it completely changed my life. I know firsthand the challenges, struggles, and small victories that come with starting and sticking to a fitness journey. That experience inspired me to become a personal trainer so I could guide others through the same process with support, encouragement, and the right tools for success.
As your trainer, I don’t just create workout plans—I invest in you. My goal is to understand your unique needs, challenges, and motivations so we can build a plan that works for your lifestyle. I personally haven’t trained with him myself but am hoping to in the future but seeing him around the gym throughout the day he seems very genuine and polite and gentle with people around him being very approachable.

I’ve been training with Torin for about 4 months now. Torin is the perfect PT, he is gentle and encouraging and never makes me feel uncomfortable. He pushes me when he knows I’m ready and eases off when he can see if I’m struggling.
Going back to a training routine after 30+ years away was a daunting experience but Torin has given me the confidence to work in the gym that I had lost.
I can definitely see changes in my body, stamina and strength. I would highly recommend Torin to anyone looking for a PT.

A couple yrs ago I had a car accident which left me paralysed from waist down and now I have to use a wheelchair on a daily basis. I've been looking for a personal trainer for quite long time because of my disability.Most of the PT'S didn't want to even try to work with me because they don't have any experience to train with a wheelchair user.To be honest you don't need to have any and Torin is the best example to this.I have been working out with my PT for more than 6 weeks and I never skip a session as I genuinely enjoy them so much.All the sessions are challenging(in a good way) and different.Torin helps me to achieve my goals and keep me highly motivated.He is a professional, easy-going, flexible on the timing of the appointments and a very friendly person. Because of all those reasons I can't recommend working with him highly enough.

Will correct any issues with form and push you to your limits without being over bearing as he has a keen eye to see if you are close to failure or not.
