As the saying goes " experience is the master teacher" and with over 16 years of experience in the fitness industry and 31 years of training myself to the best of my ability, I can say with pride that I have enough knowledge and repertoires to help you achieve your fitness goals. I aim to design and deliver a program tailored to every client’s personal fitness objectives and specific needs. I have assisted and motivated a wide range of clients to achieve their diverse goals over the years, from weight loss, body conditioning, muscle building, cardio fitness, injuries to low back pain managements. My passion for fitness started back in Ghana when I was 17 years old. All I had for equipment in our back garden was tree branches for pull ups and car spare parts for weight training. I don't just preach my passion for health and fitness; I live it and endeavour to encourage my clients to embrace the same. I believe in the saying that exercise not only changes your body. It changes your mind, your attitude and your mood. As a trainer, I will encourage you, motivate you and challenge you to achieve your goals, while also enjoying the journey to getting fit and healthy. If you're considering a PT, then I would highly recommend Vince.

I've lifted weights for a number of years but wanted to shock the body into growth and cutting weight that had built over the pandemic. With Vince's coaching I was able to cut close to 9kg in just a 3-4 months, as well as building strength in the process.

Vince will tailor his program according to your level of fitness but will push you at the same time, using his in-depth knowledge of health and fitness. A lot of what I've learnt with Vince, I've now incorporated into my own program and continue to progress in my health and well-being.

Vincent is not just a personal trainer but also a mentor, friend, and confidant who genuinely cares about his clients' well-being. Vincent has been instrumental in my recovery from long covid. When I was diagnosed with long covid, Vincent stepped in and helped me develop a workout routine that was safe and effective. He also provided me with customized nutrition plans that helped me regain my strength and energy.

I have been training with Vincent for over a year now, and he is undoubtedly, the best trainer I have had. He has great knowledge about fitness and is able to apply that to each individual. Our initial sessions were focused on Vincent identifying where I needed to strengthen. Once he realised how serious I was about my fitness, he left ‘no stone unturned’ in ensuring I get closer to achieving my goals. Every session is different and he has a structured programme in place to ensure all round strength and fitness. Muscle building, athleticism, cardiovascular fitness, core strength are all the heart of the training programme. As well as focusing on physical fitness, he has strengthened me mentally ensuring that I continue to achieve my goals in the face of adversity. No Guts No Glory – No Pain No Gain

I have known Vince for the last 15 years and have been training with him since 2007. During this period our relationship has evolved from a simple PT-Client to Mentor-Coach-Best friend.

Vince is one of the most experienced and committed trainers around and he is very focused on helping me achieve my goals – he makes every session challenging (& somehow fun). My fitness has increased noticeably, and I’ve seen significant improvements in my ability to complete more front squats / core exercises, lift progressively heavier weights & generally push myself harder throughout each session.

I was a 120Kg man with high cholesterol and diagnosed with coronary artery disease – My cardiologist gave me two options – stent procedure or lifestyle change, and I chose the latter and signed up with Vince. 15 years fast forward, I now weigh 80Kg with fat percentage of 18% and cholesterol under 2 – impressive isn’t?

But God decided to test my endurance further and in 2020, I was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease and this time I was physically and mentally fell to the ground – If it not for Vince, I would have gone mad – His words were No Guts No Glory – No Pain No Gain – Through his structured sessions, training muscle memories and continuous support (with God’s blessings), I am managing both my conditions well whilst maintaining my physical appearance

Finally, the four distinctive factors which differentiate Vince from the rest are;
– He ensures that his client’s technique is always correct to avoid any injuries.
– He is extremely reliable & punctual – always set up & ready to start training ahead of time, with an exercise routine planned (which you will never figure it out until you start the session)
– He constantly and continuously updates his knowledge from Industry certified professionals (Not from You Tube) and keep himself up to date with latest developments and

It was time for a change and who better to take charge than the man himself. Vincent does not do what most PTs do - draw up a plan and then leave you to it. He makes sure he understands your goals/needs and capabilities and builds a comprehensive package including a variety of exercises some I had never seen before. He fulfills his role as a PT and encourages/motivates and guides you, as he has done for me to get in the best shape I have ever been in. Not only is it physical training, but it is mental support/stress management/nutritional advice and most important thing is he succeeds when you succeed so until you do he won't let up and that kind of commitment and dedication is very rare to find in any field let alone PT. I started training with Vincent in 2019, after several spinal injuries.
I had some serious mobility issues at first, but Vincent got me through it! He has a wealth of knowledge and is always thinking about how best to tailor the training to your needs! I’m the best shape I’ve been in years thanks to him.
