Since an early age I’ve always been involved in sport, from basketball to football and then moving into combat sports. I’ve fought as an amateur boxer and progressed on to fight as a professional kickboxer for numerous years.

I owe my interest in this field to one man who dedicated his time to the kids of the neighbourhood every Saturday morning to train a group of us and help us develop ourselves as responsible young people and from here my passion for health and fitness grew. 

I have worked with the young to mature and both recreational and advanced athletes.

Most recently I have worked with corporate clients in the city of London for the last 6 years and really enjoyed my time there. I’ve left some good mates behind and look forward to making new ones with all of you.

Having gained almost 10 years of experience in this industry I truly understand that to get the best results for you I really need to get to know and understand you. Which is why I take the time to focus on you and your goals to achieve the best possible outcome.

I have since then learned so much from Aaron as he is very knowledgeable and has excellent attention to detail! Furthermore he is a great motivator who's sessions are challenging and fun at the same time! More than 10 years later, I am an undefeated professional boxer with 10 fights and currently ranked #13 in the UK out of over 100 boxers. This is a testament to his ability as a personal trainer. I have been training with Aaron for a few years now and I have really benefitted from his programme, whether the goal is to improve my general fitness and strength or increase stamina and endurance. Aaron pays special attention to details of posture and technique so that I apply myself properly and safely. I would not have reached my level of fitness or worked as hard without his training and motivation.
I have always been into fitness but only started taking it seriously when Aaron put together a 12 week training programme, which included a nutrition plan in order to help me achieve my goal of gaining a stone in weight while still retaining my muscle mass and increasing my strength and endurance levels. His ability to tailor workouts specifically designed to help me achieve my goals. Meant that I not only got the results I wanted but really enjoyed the techniques he used and the imagination he put into sessions with varied intensity. He is easily the best trainer I have ever had.

Since I stop playing football 4 years ago due to several knee injuries. Aaron has been training me to rehab my knee. I had lost all confidence but he helped me to get back into playing again. He has helped me reach different fitness goals & my knee is feeling better then ever. He has got me involved in swimming and yoga which I never use to do. Aaron is a very knowledgeable trainer who initially aided me with my rehab when I was diagnosed with tendinitis in my knee. Upon successfully completing treatment, I was able to start practicing Muay Thai which Aaron also has a background in. With his help I've even been able to start competing in little over a year.
