Hi my name is Abul and welcome to my profile. I am an experienced personal trainer working out of Better Leisure Centres in Tower Hamlets. I have always been interested in health and fitness and even before I became a personal trainer I was dedicated to living a healthy lifestyle. I believe that living healthy can be rewarding as well as exciting. I provide some of the most innovative and exciting training programmes out there. I will provide you with a bespoke training programme and nutritional plan and motivate you to achieve your personal goals in a fraction of the time, whether it is simply to lose weight, get fit or prepare for a sporting event.

To cater to a variety of clients I offer one to one as well as group sessions at the gym. I specialize in weight loss, toning, strength training and sports specific training. As you can see from my qualifications I specialise in some of the most current and innovative training techniques in particular Performance Boxing, Core Training, Strength Training, Toning, Resistance Training and Body Weight and Functional Training. My training methods have proven to both stimulating and beneficial as my clients can attest to in their testimonials. One of my specialised training methods among many others is Kettebell Training which I have found to be very effective in my clients desire to lose weight and tone muscles. This training method now has a growing media coverage due to the number of Professional Athletes and Media Personalities using it.


I started training with Abul because I wanted to improve my strength and fitness to trial for the Great Britain Premier Womens Dragon Boat Team and compete in the European Championships in August 2010. The result of training with Abul has been losing weight/body fat and gaining more muscle tone in my arms and legs. I’m able to lift heavier weights than I ever thought possible and have increased my cardio capacity. I won Gold Medals in all three categories (200m, 500m and 2000m) at the European Championships 2010 in the Womens Dragonboat Racing! - Jo Readshaw I have been training with Abul for 6 months and I have lost about 5 stone and I have lowered my body fat from 45% to 30%. I trained one day a week with him that involved a lot of compound training. We used weights and cardio together to make a more successful work out. I also used the kettle bell which I found very exciting. He had a lot of tools to help with weight loss such as, boxing, Bulgarian bag and the TRX. Abul truly is a client orientated personal trainer.
