I consider lifestyle, fitness and well-being as a passionate hobby. I can best describe myself as someone who has a passion for helping people get the best out of themselves. I’ve always been into sport and fitness after studying a BTEC sport course at college and since then I haven’t looked back; going on to work as a gym instructor, gaining experience on the gym floor while writing out gym programmes for all types of goals and people’s needs.

I pride myself on my friendly, holistic and understanding approach to people and appreciate how we all lead different lives and not one of us is the same! I conduct my service through close support, restorative practice and teaching. It’s my job to pass on my knowledge to you in the long run!

Whatever your goal maybe whether its weight loss, muscle gain or even just too feel more confident in the gym, I’ll be there to support you all the way. There’s nothing worse coming to the gym feeling anxious and stuck every time you enter the gym trust me I’ve been there.

Prior to becoming a Personal Trainer, every role I’ve worked in has involved me directly helping others, be it being a lifeguard and my time I spent in Australia where I lived for 16 months on my own!

I have experienced many PT’s over the years and none before Alex have made me want to continue. Alex has managed to fuel my desire to succeed and continuously push me to obtain better results and smash PB’s I would never have thought possible. I was always nervous to approach a weights bench but Alex has made it comfortable and familiar. He is supportive, knowledgeable, encouraging, motivational and an absolute pleasure to work with. I know I’ve worked hard at the end of every single session and the physical results I’m seeing are remarkable.

Alex has massively helped me with my fitness journey. Since having sessions with him I have gained so much more confidence and my strength has massively improved, I’ve hit a number of personal bests. I decided to approach Alex for some sessions so that I could really start understanding what I needed to do to reach my goals and give me a strong repertoire of exercises I could use outside of sessions. 3 months in and Alex has been great at pushing my performance and I feel hugely more confident within the gym environment.

Alex’s friendly approach is balanced with excellent knowledge and the ability to push you when you need it most.

I would highly recommend alex if your looking to build up your confidence in a gym environment! He made me feel so comfortable from the start and has wide range of knowledge has taught me lots about exercise ! I especially loved his workouts he planned for me outside of our sessions , they was so easy to follow and their was always something new each week ! Alex is great and I would definitely recommend him for PT sessions !

I would highly recommend alex ! He made me feel so comfortable and has taught me so much about the gym that I never knew. His wide knowledge and understanding of each individual person really helped me progress and helped me feel more confident about using certain equipment. I would 100% recommend Alex to anyone starting the gym requiring some guidance. He is encouraging and knowledgeable, and always pushes me to do the best I can without making me ache too much the next day. He’s always mixing up the exercises so it varies your sessions while still focusing on your end goal. I would highly recommend going with Alex for PT sessions!

I would most certainly recommend Alex , he is as described in his biography, his empathetic approach puts you at ease , following a Bad injury he has given me the confidence to improve my fitness levels again.
His sessions are focussed and he does challenge me to do my best , he is clear with his instructions , patient in his approach and always puts you at ease But he is also able to keep me focussed in what’s needed to improve my fitness levels whilst keeping each session interesting and enjoyable .
Everything such as bookings , messages and work outs to use can be managed via an App
In summary would strongly recommend Alex to anyone considering having PT sessions

Alex is great! He's very knowledgeable and supportive, explains everything thoroughly and how it is going to help my progress. He seems to know how to push me just the right amount so I can feel I've had a great workout without burning me out. I would highly recommend him.
