Andrea is golden! While the sessions are wonderfully tough, I really look forward to training and I always leave on a motivational high.
It's an investment for sure - I just need to complement our sessions together by putting in the work outside of the gym.
Would highly recommend to anyone thinking of getting a PT.

I’d been wanting to start the gym and better myself for ages but unfortunately lacked the confidence. Andrea helped me over come this so quickly and pressure free. I am now more than happy to go to the gym by myself due to the sessions I had with Andrea. I can’t thank her enough for her time and patience....I didn’t realise working out could be so fun!!!.

I initially had some sessions with Andrea to help advise me on nutrition. I had such bad habits and thought I was addicted to sugar! It turns out I just needed some solid help with alternatives to curb my sweet tooth. Andrea has transformed the way I make decisions with food by providing me with tasty and exciting options.
I also had very little knowledge of exercises aside from a brisk walk.
During lock down Andrea built up my confidence 10 fold!! I now am doing evening lunges and weekly park runs… all with a smile on my face.
My goal personally was weight loss, and I’ve definitely achieved that.. I am now 2 stone lighter than this time last year.
I highly recommend Andrea, she is so knowledge, kind and encouraging,. I’ve not only lost weight since working with Andrea.. I’ve transformed my life.

Andrea is excellent ! When I think I’ve got nothing left in the tank she pushes me and I’m always coming away feeling like I’ve achieved so much more than I thought I could!
