My name is Andrew and I am 23 years old. I have only recently stepped into personal training within the last year, but I have 3 years of experience coaching within strength and conditioning. I am a very approachable person, friendly and well educated.

I love to help people and love to be a part of peoples journeys and goals whether that is losing weight, gaining strength or mentally feeling confident in themselves.

Sport and exercise have always been a part of my life, from the age of 9 years old I was involved in rugby playing for the local club (St. Austell RFC) and this led to Cornwall representation at U15, U16, U18, and U20s levels. Due to my passion of sport and especially rugby I went to Truro College to study Sport and Exercise Science in which I achieved the top grades. I continued to play rugby through this time, and it was at college where I was introduced to strength and conditioning.

I continued to study Sport and Exercise Science at University due to my love of understanding how the body adapts to exercise in relation to anatomy and physiology. Alongside undertaking the degree, I continued with strength and conditioning and this led to coaching opportunities with Plymouth Albion RFC. My love for coaching and helping people continued and this led to the completion of personal training qualifications and where I am today.

I believe in working hard as this is the only way to achieve full potential. Personally, I will put in the hard work so that your journey is enjoyable and fulfilling. I will always be there encouraging you and motivating you to reach your goals and I hope we have good fun along the way.
