I am a female only coach, dedicating my time to helping other women feel confident within themselves. I will work with you to build healthy habits that will not only help you achieve your goals but will transform your outlook on health, life, fitness and the gym environment.
I am wholeheartedly devoted to my clients and I believe that finding a coach who relates to and understands YOU is vital.

I’ve just completed my first 5 sessions with Beck and she has been absolutely amazing, from the second I stepped foot in the gym, she was so welcoming and kind. She helped me gain so much confidence in the gym in such a short space of time. My goals were to become more familiar with weight training and also to work on my confidence, she did just that! I did jump start January with beck and at first I was so scared because I've never done individual Pt's, I've always had group ones, but beck was so lovely she immediately made me feel comfortable on our first session.

I've learnt so much with beck, and she's made me feel so much more confident using the gym! I will definitely be booking in for PTs again!!

I have been with beck a few times over the years and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. I am stronger, fitter and more confident because of the support and knowledge she provides.
She pushes me to reach goals I didn’t even know I had because she knows I am capable. She is really patient demonstrating and explaining my workouts/ exercises if I am unfamiliar or need correcting.
I recently completed the jump start January which has set me up mentally and physically for a really good year, I am so motivated and it’s all down to the community she built through it with some great workout sessions too - can’t wait for next years already.

I’ve been having PT with Beck for about 6 months now and I could not recommend Beck enough!

Not only have I lost weight and massively improved my fitness, I’ve gained so much more confidence in and out of the gym. Each session is challenging and Beck always motivates me throughout, I always leave feeling accomplished. Beck has also taught me more about the importance of nutrition and helped me gain much healthier habits.

I had a few PTs before Beck and was really sceptical if I'd achieve my goals due to past experience but I was so wrong.

I have lost 7lbs in one month, learnt to love the gym again and learn so much more. I love how Beck teaches you what muscles you are working when doing the exercise as well. I have gained so much confidence in the gym alone and not scared to do anything alone. Can't wait to continue my journey and get to my big goal! Would highly recommend 👌

I have been using Beck for my PT for over a year and I would not use anyone else! She has helped me become more confident in the gym, using weights and different machines. I have progressed so much after starting with Beck and can see changes with my fitness and appearance each month. I would honestly recommend Beck to everyone! I used to mainly stick to cardio when it came to training as I didn’t have the confidence to weight train. After starting PT sessions with Beck she introduced me to weight training and has taught me the correct techniques and has made me feel so much more confident when it comes to gradually adding weight. She is so patient and encouraging which is exactly what I need to reach my goals! Beck has so much knowledge when it comes to nutrition and I really enjoy following her nutrition plan as it is personally tailored for me and it’s so motivating doing the weekly check ins. I’m seeing amazing results from following it! I feel I couldn’t have done this without her and I think everyone needs a Beck in their life to help them!

I started my fitness journey in January, I was so determined that 2022 was gonna be the year I achieve the goals I have set. I was knowledgeable in the area of food, but when it came to exercise I had no clue and due to this I lacked confidence attending the gym. I found Beck, contacted her and explained to her what I wanted. I took out a training plan that was catered to what i want to achieve and i also booked a 10 block pt session to go over this plan. That 10 block gave me all the confidence and determination I needed to achieve my goals. The 10 block allowed me to learn the correct form, do exercises I was afraid of doing and most importantly I ENJOYED every second of my workout (except core). The whole block was full of laughter as well as serious workouts! This blocked enabled me to attend the gym and workout on my own without feeling insecure and that is one of the main things Beck helped me achieve. I enjoyed and learnt so much in the first block I had to take another block out, I wanted to keep on learning. Now approaching the new year, I have been lucky enough to join Beck program 'jump start January' This will set me off in the year on a postive mindset and then I will continue to use all the knowledge Beck has taught me to succeed in my journey. Massive thank you to Beck for her time and patience!

After having a baby during lockdown I was eager to get back to training but wanted to do so safely. Knowing that Beck has qualifications in pre and post natal training gave me the confidence of knowing I was in safe hands.

Beck is always really encouraging and supportive. Never making me do anything I don't feel comfortable with but, at the same time, still challenging and pushing me. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Beck to anyone.

After attending my first PT with Beck on her Jump Start January programme I knew I was going to be in it for the long run. I was so anxious and nervous to attend my first session however Beck made me feel at ease and made me feel like a friend straight away. 4 weeks in and I am already seeing a difference having lost inches all over my body and seeing the scale go down. I am now feeling more confident in weight training as I always did minimal weights before and mostly cardio. Beck is always motivating me and pushing me to do my best. Even though her sessions are tough I always feel satisfied afterwards. Absolutely amazing PT and highly recommended. I cannot wait to see what the next 10 weeks bring! Thank you xx

I started training with Beck in January on her jump start January programme. I didn't feel comfortable in the gym and needed some confidence back, Beck was always so welcoming and friendly. Ensuring to talk me through everything and teaching me valuable lessons in the gym. I loved our sessions because Beck showed me things I would never of had the knowledge or confidence to complete. Every session was challenging and taught me something new and gave me a really good base to go away and work on myself. Beck gave me my motivation and excitement back to carry on achieving my goals by myself. Beck also taught me valuable knowledge regarding nutrition, and taught me how to track my calories and macros effectively. I enjoyed that Beck didn't tell you what to eat, and allowed you the choices but gave you your goals to meet. This meant I was making better choices, learning along the way and also eating foods I enjoyed.
Beck is kind, friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable and I couldn't recommend her enough, she's a star!!

Fantastic! Beck has been with me from the start of my weight loss journey, she been amazing throughout. I cannot recommend Beck enough! Every session is varied and very well thought out as it is challenging but to your ability.
If you lack knowledge and confidence in the gym like I did then having sessions with Beck will definitely help you. I didn't used to like doing weights and preferred classes but now I know what I am doing I enjoy doing weight training more than a class.
I started with Beck in January 2020 and have had PT sessions with her since then between the lockdowns. I have also had a couple of meal plans from Beck which have really helped to guide me to eat the right foods and be a lot healthier.
My goal wasn't to lose weight but to tone up, get fitter and healthier. I have actually lost a bit of weight and have toned up a lot and am really happy with my progress. There is no way I would have got to where I am at now without Beck's support.

I started having PT sessions with Beck with my daughter as she wanted to lose weight and get fitter ready for her wedding. PT sessions are not normally my thing but I have to say Beck made me feel very comfortable and helped me with areas that I felt self conscious with (Bum, Hips and thighs). Since training with Beck I feel a lot fitter and toned and I definitely have more confidence going to the gym and doing certain techniques that she has shown me. Beck is extremely knowledgeable and this shows in her sessions. She most definitely will make you feel comfortable and at ease, strongly recommend.

The gym (and exercise generally really) doesn’t come naturally to me. I was always at the back when we did cross country in school and would conveniently have other commitments when it came to sports day.

Then my husband asked me to marry him and I decided that I wanted to look my very best and tone up for my wedding day, in particular I wanted to sort out my “bingo wings”!

I’ve been a member of gyms in the past. You know what it’s like: you join up, get some new kit, go for a few months and then life gets in the way.

A friend recommended Beck to me and I thought I’d give it a go. I remember going to the first session and feeling really nervous and self conscious. However Beck dealt with me perfectly. She was kind and made me feel so at ease. She has a manner that pushed me and encouraged me to work to do my best but didn’t make me feel silly if I couldn’t do something or was struggling. I looked forward to each session (which is no mean feat!)

Beck is also able to help with diet plans and meal plans and is very knowledgeable about nutrition. She has good suggestions and food ideas and “Beck’s Salmon” has become a regular dinner option!

I ended up losing 2 stone for my wedding and felt really good. I remember standing on the scales the day before the wedding and seeing that I’d hit my target. The first person I text was Beck.

I have no doubt that I wouldn’t have got anywhere close to where I have without her and turns out I’ve grown quite fond of going to the gym and our sessions. It’s been 16 months since our first session and 8 months since I got married and I have no plans to give up any time soon!

If you’re umm-ing and ahh-img about it - just give it a go. If you don’t like it, you don’t have to keep doing it but I’ll be very surprised if that’s the case.

Started my first ever PT sessions when lockdown 1.0 ended last year and Beck was amazing after having so long away from the gym. Beck is super patient and encouraging throughout every workout and was the perfect way to get back into the gym without feeling too overwhelmed.

We focused on clean and jerk and I can honestly say the increased confidence I gained from that 1 hour alone was massive. Beck was very knowledgeable, patient and easy to speak too. I’ve been working with Beck for about 8 weeks now. She is such an amazing PT, who has kept me motivated throughout. She’s helping me so much both in training and with a nutrition plan. I love our sessions, always challenging, but I always learn something new and she’s always ready to offer guidance in order for me to better myself in different exercises. After doing my first PT with Beck and loved it, was so excited when she introduced me to Jumpstart January which would be starting a few weeks later. I have always found the diet part hard when training but with her nutrition plan tailored just for me i started it with ease and have really enjoyed cooking and eating the food, Beck’s classes are amazing, she is always there encouraging you every step of the way and keeping you focused. After 2 weeks doing Jumpstart January with Beck, eating correctly, a weekly group class and a weekly PT session i am so happy that she has helped me lose 8lbs, cant wait to see the end results.
