For all those gym goers who are fed up of not seeing progress, don't know which path to follow, or just want to take their training to the next level, I can help.

Whatever your goal - be it weight loss, body recomposition, or gaining strength, or simply living a healthier lifestyle. I believe each can be made straight forward for everyone with great advice and correct programming.

Sessions can be booked on a 1 on 1 basis, as a pair, or in small groups.

With my love for all things fitness and health, I’m aiming to make being fit, active, and healthy, something that’s sustainable, and enjoyable.

Having never been someone that was keen on going to the gym, I thought it would be worth trying a PT to gain some confidence and give myself some targets/ motivation to go. All I can say is if you resonate at all with this Bee is the PT for you! She is incredible! I signed up to a PT plan with her after my consultation session. She listens to what you want, puts things in a way that you can clearly understand, and you never feel silly asking questions. As kind as she is, by no means is she a soft touch, she sets testing but achievable targets for each session and is willing you to push yourself to reap the benefits. I look forward to every session with Bee and I cannot wait to see how I progress over the next few months. Cannot recommend enough!!
