My passion for fitness started at a young age, playing football and squash to a high standard and running competitively for my county. Academics took over but I knew a fitness career was what I ultimately wanted (even if it took getting a Chemical Engineering degree to get there ;)) A few years ago, an injury (whilst training for a marathon) made me rethink my training and attitude; switching from a cardio approach to a crossfit-style/weightlifting approach (which I have passed onto my clients).

Since, I haven't looked back or regretted my decision one bit! It is the best decision I have ever made; I absolutely adore building a strong rapport with all my clients (making them feel comfortable) as well as tailoring their programmes to ensure they achieve their goals. I love seeing all my clients progress and helping them not just transforming/revolutionising their bodies but their whole mindset and lifestyle.
