Hi, I'm Billy. 

Fitness and exercise have been my passion for as long as I can remember, I've always had a sports and fitness background I grew up playing and competing in a variety of sports but my real passion is the gym and helping people which is why I decided to do both and become a Personal Trainer!  

Your goal is my goal. I understand that everyone is unique, and I’m happy to help anyone of all ages and abilities with the knowledge I have learned through the qualifications I've earned and through my own experience and research. I can teach what I have learned effectively to my clients to help them reach their goals no matter what they might be! Maybe it's for a holiday or wedding or you want to lose the extra pounds from lockdown. I can help you!  

I’m here for you. I know the gym can be a scary, confusing, and an intimidating place at times which is why I'm here to make it as fun and safe as possible whilst catering to you and your goals. Whether you want to get fit, get lean and toned, lose fat, build muscle, gain confidence, improve mental health or just to have fun and get away from all the stresses of life!
