Hi, my name is Camilla and I would love to help you reach your fitness goals by creating healthier habits both in and outside of the gym. The health and fitness industry has become diluted with 'do's and don'ts,' however my philosophy remains set on maintaining a balanced lifestyle without sacrificing the fun.
From a young age I have always been involved in sports and fitness, I have a genuine passion for all things health and fitness and love to motivate and encourage others to live a healthier lifestyle. With all this conflicting information out there in terms of exercise and diet, its time to take it back to the basics; get active, stay active and retain a uncomplicated approach to your diet.
I also understand the ‘daunting’ feeling many of you may have when you enter a gym, I want to encourage you to make the most of the gym through a number of exercises that challenge you yet keep you interested, and remove the 'fear' you may relate with exercising in the gym. I love to encourage, educate and inspire others to see health as a lifestyle rather than a means to an end.
