Hi I’m Cece.

I am a former premiership and international rugby player for Saracens and England Rugby now turned budding MMA fighter. Whether you are an athlete or a fitness enthusiast I am confident I can help you reach and achieve beyond your goals!


I take true pride in my knowledge on health and fitness as I believe exercise should be enjoyable and accessible to all. That being said, I have catered for a wide diversity of individuals; from athletes, those rehabilitating injuries and health related conditions.

While studying in Loughborough, I have learned the likes of sports psychology, nutrition, advanced physiology/anatomy and movement analysis to which I utilise in my training methods.


I also offer a service to athletes to ensure they are ahead of the game and always standing out! Athlete programming is periodised and tailored towards the nature of your sport, but we also dive into aspects of sport psychology and “player profiling” so you can always be at your best!


So whether you are new to gyms and wanting to gain more confidence or experienced and looking to face new challenges, I am more than confident that I can help you on your fitness journey!

Cece has been my personal trainer for over 7 months and I have noticed immense improvement in my physical and mental health.

We have been doing hourly sessions weekly and it's one of the most enjoyable times of the week for me. I wanted to regain strength postpartum and it has really helped me to keep fit and keep up with my toddler!

Cece is very nice and wise and mature beyond her years. She's great at communications, flexible, and has an excellent work ethic.

Best personal trainer ever! I am intimidated by the gym and feel so lost with all the unfamiliar equipment and settings on the different machines. Cece is very friendly, encouraging, and supportive. Gym is a fun place with her and you would be guided every step. One thing I have to mention though, she is really good at telling whether you are truly close to your limit or you are just saying it, so be aware! :D

She is amazing I was so scared to start at the gym and didn’t think I would make any progress but slowly but surely I am seeing the difference. Cece takes in to consideration all of my mental health and medical conditions and works with me to reach my goals. She’s amazing!!!

CeCe is so amazing, she is so fun and knows how to push you without over doing it. She is also very friendly and flexible. The package prices are super reasonable too which is a plus!

She helps keep me motivated and makes me enjoy working out – which I have never enjoyed before. In the short time I have been working with her I have seen and feel results already! I love the fact that she is so knowledgeable and constantly adding new and interesting activites to my workout sessions so I am NEVER bored.

I can do a push-up which for me is a big achievement in itself! Block two starts tomorrow and I'm already looking forward to it!
