Biography

G’day! I’m Charlie, and I’m from Australia. Moving to Wales was an unexpected and yet pivotal moment for me, which is testament to the confidence and clarity I strongly believe developing healthy habits in and out of the gym can achieve. My fitness journey began when life did what it does and threw some curve balls my way. Originally training as a way to spend energy, it quickly become a powerful outlet for me and helped me grow and develop inside and out. In the following years, I spent most of my time in Strength Gyms and cultivating innovative and disciplined training methods to put into practice. I’m guilty of getting bored of the same old thing day in day out, which became a tool I used to make training as engaging and effective as possible. With roots in bodybuilding, strength training and weight loss, I hope to share with you the knowledge I’ve acquired and put into practice a complete and direct routine to help you shatter your own personal goals. As a big believer and advocate of health and fitness beyond the physical benefits, I strive to encourage and help develop healthy mindsets and approaches to fitness that benefit you outside of training. I believe the hard work doesn’t end when you leave the gym, and very much look forward to offering you the guidance and encouragement you may need to crush your next session, develop life confidence or make your goals a reality.
