I want to bring my love and passion for the gym and share it with you. I want to encourage women to lift weights and be able to walk into the gym feeling confident and knowledgable. I offer 1-1 sessions and small group training. I promise that you will receive high accountability and a plan tailored to your specific goals with a lot of fun along the way.
