Biography

I've enjoyed playing sports and taking part in physical activities from a very young age. I started playing rugby around the age of 6 and continue to play to this day for a local team, as well as playing football for the school and for a few boys' clubs in my mid-teens.

I was also very enthusiastic about Physical Education at school and went on to do a HND in Coaching & Development in Sport at the North East Scotland College. I've been weight training since the age of 16, but took training seriously around the age of 18 after becoming interested in functional fitness, strength training and nutrition.

I'm committed to help individuals achieve their goals, whether it's fat loss, muscle hypertrophy, strength gain or simply wanting a lifestyle change using simple, but effective programming, coaching and monitoring.
