Biography

I have 7 years experience working within Health & Fitness. I am incredibly passionate about fitness and wellbeing. I love helping people integrate manageable lifestyle changes so that they experience a better quality of life; improve confidence and self esteem alongside achieving aesthetic goals. I graduated with a (BSc) Exercise, Nutrition and Health degree.

Throughout my career I have successfully worked with a wealth of clients, of all needs and abilities to support their desired goals. I pride myself on evidence-based practice and continually research to give my clients the latest and most effective method of training. 

I am immensely committed to delivering a service in which you will receive support, guidance in and around sessions to provide you with self-belief you need to succeed. Through training with me you can take advantage of my knowledge and passion for delivering results and getting you to where you need to be.

I reached out to Ellie because I could tell she was passionate at what she does. Ellie really helped ease me back into a healthy regime with her positive attitude. “Training with Ellie was extremely helpful. She motivated me to train much harder than I had been doing by myself and pushed me to carry on when I usually would have ended my workout. She also taught me new exercises and routines to make the most of my time in the gym and hit my personal targets. Ellie was also a big help with my food and nutrition, sending me detailed guides on what I should be eating to get the best results, and keeping an eye on my food intake to make sure I was eating enough of the right foods. Ellie definitely helped improved my confidence to exercise! Helping with form whenever I was struggling with new exercises or routines and I noticed how much more confident I was with my workouts very quickly after starting training with her. When it came to food, I was struggling to get in enough calories initially, but Ellie noticed this and gave me helpful tips to get more calories into my diet throughout the day. I genuinely enjoyed my time training with Ellie. She made me feel very comfortable and was always friendly and fun to train with. After our first few sessions it felt more like training with a friend than with a PT.
