Biography

Hi, I’m Eloise. I’m a personal trainer, yoga teacher and certified health coach. My mission is to help women become their happiest, healthiest and fittest selves! I’m committed to helping my clients develop strength, confidence, and optimal health, using exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle changes.  

I am a big advocate of taking a holistic approach to health. If you’re sleeping badly and stressed out (as so many of us are these days) the wrong approach to training and nutrition can do more harm than good. You may have heard the saying ‘you can’t out-train a bad diet’ and that is certainly true. However, many people are less aware of the importance of other lifestyle factors such as proper rest, stress reduction, improving sleep habits etc.

Hitting the gym for an hour a day is unlikely to help you reach your goals if you’re not also developing healthy habits for the remaining 23 hours of the day. That’s why I conduct a thorough screening interview with every new client to understand their own unique circumstances. I use this information to create a personally tailored plan that covers nutrition, exercise, and other lifestyle factors to ensure that you get the best possible results and reach your goals, whatever they may be.

I can help you create sustainable, life long change and develop healthy habits that help you reach your body composition and fitness goals, as well as promoting overall health and wellbeing. “As a yo-yo dieter for nearly 20 years, I was constantly looking for a quick fix but had recently decided to ditch diets. Eloise developed a training plan that was challenging but enjoyable, and blessedly short, so very manageable. I thoroughly enjoyed the workouts, and within a couple of weeks had developed good habits, and had that wonderful twitchy feeling when I hadn't been able to train for a few days! The food advice was NEVER "Don't eat (__)" but rather, to try and include more of a certain nutrient. This was revolutionary to me. Eloise was always professional and friendly and would regularly check in to give me feedback and tweaks based on my training and food logs. If you're sick of beating yourself up for not sticking to diets, or wasting months of your life because you're being so strict that you can't enjoy a night out with friends.
