I've been in this industry for 4 years. Since becoming a Personal Trainer and online coach, I have helped a variety of clients to achieve their fitness goals whatever they may be.

I provide a hybrid 1-2-1 coaching plans which means the in-person training is supplemented with online coaching to keep you accountable for when you aren't training with me in the gym! This includes a bespoke training plan, calorie / macro guidance and weekly check-ins to monitor your progress.

I began training with Emma with the goals to get stronger and get a love for exercising back, and I definitely achieved that! The variety in each workout made me look forward to moving my body, something I hadn’t felt in a long time. She taught me to start tracking my workouts which enabled me to view my progress (I can now hip thrust 85kg!!) I now exercise for my mental health, and don’t put any pressure on myself to workout I couldn’t be more grateful💗

I started training with Emma to gain self confidence. And she has helped me achieve that and much more. She’s always went above and beyond throughout it all, with frequent check ups and discussions to make you feel more comfortable.
