Hi, my name is Emma and I’d like to help you towards achieving your own personal fitness goals!

I like to live by a simple philosophy; workout a few times a week, eat moderately well and get enough sleep! 

I can help you towards your goals by taking it back to basics to help you create healthy lifestyle habits, by getting active, staying active and having an uncomplicated approach to your diet. I love to motivate, encourage and educate others to live a healthier lifestyle and to see health as a lifestyle rather than a means to an end.

I also want to help everyone feel comfortable in a gym environment by encouraging you to make the most of the gym through a number of exercises that challenge you yet keep you interested.

As a fitness trainer with over 12 years' experience and advanced qualifications in Fitness, Yoga, Dancing, Anatomy and Nutrition, I’m available for 1-1, 2-1, small and large group personal training bookings.
