I’m a fully qualified personal trainer and I want to help as many of you achieve your goals, whatever they may be. I have a wealth of knowledge and experience, including training an Athlete competing to International level.

When you think of a personal trainer, you often think of 1-1 sessions, and of course this is something I offer, But I also offer sessions for you and someone else, be that a friend, family or partner! A lot of people have said it’s more fun with another person, why not try a session?!

Granville is genuinely one of the most lovely people I have met and had the pleasure to be trained by. I came to him as a complex case with pre-existing health conditions affecting my spine. He asked questions, did research into my conditions and came back to me with a plan to help me train in a way tailored to me. He has given me a new lease of life in the gym and made me feel so much more confident going in there and enabled me to know what I should and shouldn’t be doing to reach my goals in a safe way. Granville is a true alchemist with a winning formula of knowledge, patience, understanding & a passion for what he does, that simply shines through when you meet him! Which has transformed my lack of self confidence about being back in a gym environment & lack of belief in my ability to use and move my body again properly, or at all fitness wise, after living with a neurological condition and mobility problems over the last few years. Granville is an excellent trainer he puts you at ease and really listens to what you want to do in regards to goals. He has a great sense of humour and our sessions are always good fun. Being a bigger girl who's never really exercised that much before he has given me the confidence to try new types of activities that I find fun and that achieve my goal of getting stronger and fitter

Throughout my 25 years of training I have certainly had dips in motivation hence investing in a personal trainer so I must say I had trained with quite a few.... but by far Granville has been the best.... his attitude, professionalism and positivity towards my goals have been outstanding.... he makes each session well planned..... innovative and enjoyable and I always walk out my session feeling like I have achieved something...... I would definitely recommend Granville to any one looking to achieve their goals or get a bit fitter.
